[EXTERNAL]: Administrative guidance available: Migration to Ground Water Exposure Pathway Soil Remediation Standards The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) adopted soil remediation standards for the migration to ground water exposure pathway on May 17, 2021. Subsequently, the Department has received inquiries whether restricted use remedial actions (i.e., soil contamination remains in exceedance of these migration to ground water remediation standards) are allowed for this exposure pathway. A guidance document regarding this issue is available at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/#top_admin and https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/rs/. |
