[EXTERNAL]: Revised Fill Material Guidance for SRP Sites now available!

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is pleased to announce that the Fill Material Guidance for SRP Sites has been revised from Version 3.0 (April 2015) to Version 4.0 (October 2021). The updates to the technical guidance document include:

  • the incorporation of the pre-approval requirements for off-site and on-site alternative fill established at NJAC 7:26E 5.2 (b, c, &d),
  • updated section on the use of asphalt millings at SRP sites,
  • additional details on the appropriate use of the 95% Upper Confidence Level of the Mean to calculate receiving criteria, and
  • revised text and minor language revisions for increased clarity.
