[EXTERNAL]: Site Remediation and Waste Management Program's Response Action Outcome Guidance Training The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's (NJDEP's) Site Remediation and Waste Management Program (SRWMP) will be providing detailed training on the updates to the Response Action Outcome (RAO) Guidance. The virtual training will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM via GotoWebinar (see registration information below). The information provided in the RAO Guidance document provides Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) with the tools to prepare and issue RAOs. This training session will highlight the different types of RAOs, the structure and sections of an RAO, and how to modify, amend, and withdraw an RAO. The training will include a discussion on RAOs and Remedial Action Permits (RAP), how RAPs are incorporated into RAOs, and the future availability of the RAO online service. The presentation is being delivered remotely and will only be available virtually. NO in-person option for this training is offered at this time. The maximum number of individual participants supported by GoToWebinar for this training is 500. Please do not wait to register if you are interested in attending. As the capacity for this platform does not exceed 500 participants, additional slots cannot be made available.
