[EXTERNAL]: Reminder - Mandatory electronic submission of Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (UHOT) forms, applications, and documents and online payment of fees

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is sending this listserv as a reminder that in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:26F-7.3(c), electronic submission of Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (UHOT) forms, applications, and documents will become mandatory on January 16, 2022. This affects UHOT Remedial Action Reports (including required laboratory data reports and any other required documentation), UHOT On-Scene Coordinator Discharge Authorization, UHOT Permit by Rule, and UHOT Amended NFA requests. The Department will no longer accept these forms, applications, and documents on paper after that date.
