[EXTERNAL]: Response Action Outcome and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Online Services Now Available The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (Department) announces the availability of the Response Action Outcome (RAO) Online Service and the Child Care Licensing Report Submission Service [Child Care Preliminary Assessment (PA), Clean Site Investigation (SI) Standalone Report, or Clean PASI Submissions]. These Services allow persons to electronically file the signed Response Action Outcome, the RAO Form, and any standalone remedial phase reports that support the licensing of child care centers. Instructions for the RAO Online Service and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Service are available on the Site Remediation Program Forms webpage (www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/). The RAO instructions lists all questions included in the RAO Online Service and should be reviewed before using the Online Service. Training for the RAO Online Service is within the Response Action Outcome Guidance Training that can be viewed at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/training/sessions/rao_guidance_webinar.mp4, and the slides are available at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/training/sessions/rao_guidance_slides.pdf. All remedial phase reports supporting child care licensing should be uploaded with the Child Care RAO, using the RAO Online Service. However, if for some reason a remedial phase report is completed as part of a child care licensing and an RAO has not yet been issued, the report should be submitted using the Child Care Licensing Report Submission Service. The Service requires the Child Care/Educational Facility Form be completed and uploaded in the service, along with the applicable remedial phase report and other required documents. Use of the RAO Online Service and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Service currently are not mandatory. Pursuant to the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites [N.J.A.C. 7:26C-1.6(c)], use of the RAO Online Service and Child Care Licensing Report Submission Service will become mandatory 90 days after the Department publishes a notice in the New Jersey Register stating that the Online Services are available. Until such time, the Online Services may be used, or paper Forms may still be submitted. SRP Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) Web site: www.nj.gov/dep/srp/. |
