[EXTERNAL]: Comparison tables available for current and historical remediation standards, screening levels, criteria The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation and Waste Management Program (SRWMP) is pleased to announce the posting of courtesy copies of remediation standards comparison tables for the Remediation Standards at N.J.A.C. 7:26D. These tables compare the existing (May 2021) remediation standards for soil, soil leachate, and indoor air to the former (pre-May 2021) standards and screening criteria/levels, including a summary of standards that have increased, decreased, remained the same, or have been added or deleted. Comparison tables include:
The comparison tables are available on the Remediation Standards webpage at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/rs/. It should be noted that these tables are courtesy copies and if there are any discrepancies between the values in these tables and the official version of the rule, the official version of the rule will govern. Official copies of the Department's rules are compiled in title 7 of the New Jersey Administrative Code.
