[EXTERNAL]: Remediation Standards - Interim Remediation Standards Webpage Available

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation & Waste Management Program (SRWMP) is pleased to announce the posting of the interim remediation standards webpage in accordance with the Remediation Standards at N.J.A.C. 7:26D-6.3. This webpage will list all developed interim remediation standards for soil, soil leachate and indoor air, along with the effective date and supporting information. Any new interim remediation standards developed in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:26D-6.2 will be posted on this webpage in the future for the following exposure pathways:

  1. Interim Soil Remediation Standards for the Ingestion-Dermal Exposure Pathway;
  2. Interim Soil Remediation Standards for the Inhalation Exposure Pathway;
  3. Interim Soil Remediation Standards for the Migration to Ground Water Exposure Pathway;
  4. Interim Soil Leachate Remediation Standards for the Migration to Ground Water Exposure Pathway; and
  5. Interim Indoor Air Remediation Standards for the Vapor Intrusion Exposure Pathway.

Additionally, at this time, the NJDEP is posting an interim soil remediation standard for the migration to ground water exposure pathway (SRS-MGW) for methanol.
