[EXTERNAL]: New Site Remediation DataMiner Reports Available - Attachments available in Site Remediation On the 13th anniversary of the enactment of the Site Remediation Reform Act, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Site Remediation & Waste Management Program is please to announce the posting of a new DataMiner Report, entitled "Attachments available in Site Remediation." This new report is available in the general section of the Site Remediation category and allows users to download all electronic documents identified as a public record. Currently over 375,000 electronic documents have been marked as a public record, and this work is ongoing. This report will assist prospective purchasers, homeowners, attorneys, remediating parties, and LSRPs in getting the information they need electronically. This will also significantly reduce the number of OPRA requests received. Questions regarding DataMiner Reports should be directed to the Bureau of Information Systems at 609-292-9418. |
