[EXTERNAL]: NJEDA invites you to learn more about the Brownfield Redevelopment Incentive (tax credit) and provide constructive input on Sept 7 & 8 The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) is hosting two Brownfield Redevelopment Incentive (tax credit) listening sessions on Wednesday, September 7th and Thursday, September 8th. Established by the New Jersey Economic Recovery Act of 2020 (ERA), the Brownfields Redevelopment Incentive Program is a $300 million tax credit program designed to compensate developers of redevelopment projects located on brownfield sites for remediation costs. Developers, investors, real estate professionals, attorneys, environmental professionals and economic development teams should attend to see how the program can support their efforts. This is an opportunity to provide constructive input to ensure the program is structured and administered in a manner that drives opportunity for all residents and communities.
