[EXTERNAL]: Reminder to use Financial Assurance Model Documents when submitting the Remedial Action Permit application

The Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program is issuing this listserv as a reminder to the regulated community that Financial Assurance (FA) Model Documents should be used with Remedial Action Permit (RAP) applications, not the Remediation Funding Source (RFS) Model Documents. Please note that this is one of the most common deficiencies with RAP applications.

For your convenience, the FA Model Documents are now linked on the NJDEP’s SRRA Forms website under the RAP Forms section at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/.
