[EXTERNAL]: Updated Ground Water Remedial Action Permit Guidance Document available

The Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program is pleased to announce the availability of the updated Ground Water Remedial Action Permit (RAP) Guidance Document.

The Ground Water RAP Guidance Document includes new sections and appendices, such as Section V. Classification Exception Area and Appendix 1 Model Table for Historic Ground Water Sampling Results by Monitoring Well. Existing sections of the document also have been updated and expanded, including the Financial Assurance Section. Please see the change log for details.

Training on the updated Ground Water RAP Guidance Document is scheduled for Tuesday, January 31, 2023 from 9 AM to 1 PM. Please see the December 16, 2022 listserv (https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/listserv_archives/2022/20221216_srra.html) for registration information.
