[EXTERNAL]: Updated Remedial Action Permit (RAP) Applications/Forms and Instructions available

The Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment Program (CSRRP) has updated the RAP applications/forms and instructions as a result of the revised Ground Water RAP Guidance Document (version 2.1). Significant changes to the RAP applications/forms include the following:

  • A reminder to pay the ground water active system RAP fee and complete the Active Remediation section for a Technical Impracticability (TI) determination on the Ground Water RAP Initial and Modification Applications;
  • The inclusion of the Vapor Intrusion Change in Use Evaluation Plan for when the sub-slab soil gas contamination is greater than the Residential Soil Gas Levels for non-residential structure on the RAP Applications; and
  • Additional checkboxes to clearly indicate the scenario(s) for the sub-slab soil gas contamination remaining beneath any building(s) in the affected receptor/vapor intrusion summary sections on the RAP Applications.

The applications/forms and instructions, along with the change logs, are available on the CSRRP's website at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/.
