[EXTERNAL]: Updated Underground Storage Tank Facility Certification Questionnaire Form and Instructions available

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) has updated the Underground Storage Tank Facility Certification Questionnaire (Questionnaire). Significant revisions are listed below. Please see the change log for details.

  • Included new options for tank contents, including BioDiesel & Medium Diesel
  • Added triple walled tank/piping as an option
  • Added 4 types of overfill protection
  • Created a new question regarding piping installation date
  • Created a new question regarding whether the tanks are dual purpose
  • Added requirement to include Attachment B to record compartmentalized tanks.
