[EXTERNAL]: Reminder to use the Remedial Timeframe Notification Form to adjust timeframes

Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment (CSRR) is issuing this listserv to remind the regulated community to submit the Remedial Timeframe Notification Form (Sections A, B, and D) to SRP_Submissions@dep.nj.gov to adjust the Remedial Investigation and Remedial Action timeframes for contaminated media (ground water, sediment, surface water).

It should be noted that all cases are initially set up with "soils only" timeframes. The Confirmed Discharge Notification and Annual Remediation Fee Form do not automatically adjust the timeframes for media contamination.

Please see the 9/27/2017 Annual Remediation Fee Reporting Form & Remedial Timeframes listserv message available at: https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/listserv_archives/2017/20170927_srra.html.
