[EXTERNAL]: Updated Ecological Evaluation Technical Guidance now available

Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment would like to announce that the Ecological Evaluation Technical Guidance has been revised from Version 2.0 (August 2018) to Version 2.1 (May 2023). The updates to the technical guidance document are minor and include a new section regarding the requirement to obtain a Remedial Action Permit in Environmentally Sensitive Natural Resources. For a list of changes, please see the corresponding change log.

The updated Ecological Evaluation Technical Guidance and change log can be found on the Guidance Library (www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/). The previous version of this technical guidance can be found on the SRP Guidance Library Archive (www.nj.gov/dep/srp/guidance/archive/).
