[EXTERNAL]: Updated LSRP Supplemental Certification for Initial Soil RAP Application is now available!

Contaminated Site Remediation & Redevelopment (CSRR) is pleased to announce the availability of Version 1.1 of the LSRP Supplemental Certification for Initial Soil RAP Application. CSRR has made these changes to the form based on LSRP feedback. Significant changes to the LSRP Supplemental Certification for Initial Soil RAP Application include the following:

  • Clarification in the form header that a pending Soil RAP Application should have no outstanding administrative issues, and include instructions on how to view in DataMiner if the Department's administrative review is complete;
  • Removal of the Alternative Remediation Standard (ARS) statement in the form header;
  • Addition of an ARS sub-section in Section B;
  • Addition of a check box for "No non-historic fill material present" under the "Delineation for non-historic fill material - check one" sub-section in Section B;
  • Addition of a check box for "Historic fill material is not being addressed for the area(s) of concern associated with this Soil RAP Application" under the "Historic Fill material - check one" sub-section in Section B; and
  • Addition of a check box for "Historic fill is the only area of concern being addressed with this Soil RAP Application" under the "MGW Exposure Pathway - check at least one" sub-section in Section B.

These changes clarify CSRR's intent to allow the use of this LSRP Supplemental Certification Form for a broad range of Soil Remedial Action Permit Applications.

This form is available in the Forms Library under Remedial Action Permits: https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/. As a reminder, the Forms Library should be checked frequently for the current version of all forms.
