The New Jersey Department of Education (Department) is pleased to announce the opening of an additional round of applications for the Securing Our Children’s Future Bond Act (SOCFBA), L. 2018, c. 119, County Vocational School District (CVSD), Career and Technical Education (CTE) Expansion Grants.

Total available funds for fourth round awards are $7,485,204. District application eligibility is limited based on approved grants from the first through third rounds and the regulatory requirements set forth in the CTE Expansion Grant Fourth Round Eligibility document.

The grant application can be accessed in the CTE Expansion Grant Application portal in NJDOE Homeroom. The application, including all applicable supporting document uploads, must be submitted no later than June 15, 2026.

County vocational school districts applying for the grant should review the documents posted below.

Important! Please note that a school facilities project application must be submitted separately to the Office of School Facilities, and the proposed project must be represented in the district’s approved Long-Range Facilities Plan (LRFP).
