Technical Assistance - For each published Notice of Grant Opportunity (NGO), the sponsoring program office provides a technical assistance workshop to potential grant applicants. The information provided at the workshops is limited to the factual contents of the NGO narrative, including grant parameters, constraints, and state/federal regulations. General guidance on completing the budget forms is also provided. No further technical assistance is provided for competitive or limited-competitive grant programs.
