Jacqueline A. Moskowitz was appointed Interim Executive Director of the Division of Disability Services (DDS) in March 2025. Ms. Moskowitz was previously the Assistant Director of DDS, working alongside the Executive Director overseeing all divisional operations, including the various programs that promote and enhance independent living for all New Jerseyans, statewide community outreach and events, and all services and supports offered to the community, which she passionately serves with care and vigor.
Before starting her state service at DDS in 2019, Ms. Moskowitz worked in various community-based nonprofit organizations. For most of this time, she held leadership positions developing and executing plans, campaigns, and visions of initiatives focused on assisting and improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and chronic illnesses.
Ms. Moskowitz earned a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and has worked for over three decades striving to make New Jersey more accessible, equitable, and inclusive for all its citizens.
