Eligibility: Veterans of the Armed Forces of the United States

Criteria: Every person who has been honorably discharged from active military service of the United States and who is a resident in the State.

Application: Copy of WD Form 93 or DD For 214 (Separation from Active Duty) is presented to the County Clerk in which the veteran resides. The County Clerk forwards the original copy to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for verification.
