The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development announces the availability for public review and comment
of the proposed Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) State Plan Modification for Program Years 2026-2027.
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD:
The public comment period will be open from 03/19/2026 through 04/17/2026.
