On April 30, 2021, Governor Murphy signed the Design-Build Construction Services Procurement Act (P.L. 2021, c. 71) into law. The final Design-Build rules (N.J.A.C. 16:44B) published in the September 3, 2024 issue of New Jersey Register at 56 N.J.R. 1809.

Prequalification

 

The Proposer must be prequalified according to regulations covering the Classification of Prospective Proposers as required by N.J.S.A. 27:7-35.1, et seq, N.J.A.C. 16:44-3, et seq, and N.J.A.C 16:44A-3.1

The New Jersey Department of Transportation will post Request for Qualifications (RFQ)/Request for Proposals (RFP) files, questions/answers, addenda, and receive submissions through on BidExpress.
