With the exception of fuel, food, and lodging, the signs can be covered when the business is not in operation.
Can signs be removed once they are in the program?
Yes, in the event that the business becomes ineligible for participation, its owner will be notified and the sign will be removed.
How will the signs be maintained?
New Jersey Logos, L.L.C. maintains all TODS.
