(a) |
The certain parts of State Highway Route US 9 described in this subsection shall not be used for the purposes described herein: |

In Atlantic County: |

i. In the Township of Galloway: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over Nacote Creek (approximate milepost 51.40). |
|
ii. In the City of Port Republic: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over Nacote Creek (approximate milepost 51.40). |

In Burlington County: |
|
i. In the Township of Bass River: |
(1) |
No jumping, diving, crabbing, fishing or loitering shall be permitted along both sides: |
|
(A) For the entire length of the bridge over Bass River (approximate milepost 57.06). |
