Secaucus Juncton (Frank R. Lautenberg Rail Station)
Certain parts of the NJ Transit center known as the Secaucus Junction Station (Frank R. Lautenberg Rail Station), located in the Town of Secaucus in Hudson County, are under New Jersey Department of Transportation jurisdiction.  Traffic on these sections of the transit center is hereby controlled by the following regulations:
(a) All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines provided within the transit center.
(b) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive North for its entire length.
(B) Along Laura Hill Drive South for its entire length.
(c) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” areas for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
(1) Handicapped Parking:
(A) Within the designated parking areas as indicated on the site plan, during all hours.
(d) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated as stop intersections:
(1) Stop signs shall be installed:
(A) At the intersection of New County Road and Laura Hill Drive North (westernmost intersection) for traffic traveling along Laura Hill Drive North.
(B) At the intersection of Laura Hill Drive South and Seaview Drive (under New Jersey Turnpike Authority jurisdiction) for traffic travelling along Laura Hill Drive South.
(e) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated for one way traffic:
(1) One-way streets in the westbound direction:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive North between Seaview Drive (under New Jersey Turnpike Authority jurisdiction) and New County Road.
(2) One-way streets in the southbound (counterclockwise) direction:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive South between the prolongation of the northerly curb line of the Emergency Access Road and the prolongation of the northerly curb line of the Emergency Access Road and its easterly intersect.
(f) The rate of speed designated for the certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby established and adopted as the maximum legal rate of speed:
(1) For both directions of traffic:
(A) Zone 1: 15 MPH along all roadways and aisles indicated on the site plan.
(g) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “tow-away zones”, where any vehicle parked or standing may be removed by towing the vehicle at the owners or operators expense:
(1) Tow-Away Zones:
(A) Any vehicles parked or standing as to obstruct or impede a normal flow of traffic, block entrances or exit ways, loading zones, oil fills, any grassy area, pedestrian walkway, or present in any way a safety or traffic hazard.
(h) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as loading zones, where parking is prohibited at all times except for the loading or unloading of passengers:
(1) Loading zones along the south side:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive North as indicated on the site plan.
(i) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking taxi stand” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than taxis, is prohibited at all times:
(1) Taxi stands on the south side:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive North as indicated on the site plan.
(j) The use of the certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection is hereby designated for authorized vehicles only.  No other vehicle other than an authorized vehicle shall enter the roadway:
(1) Authorized vehicles only:
(A) Along Emergency Access Road for its entire length.
(k) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
(1) Bus stops along the north side:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive South as indicated on the site plans.
(l) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as no passing zones:
(1) No passing zones:
(A) Between Seaview Drive (under New Jersey Turnpike Authority jurisdiction) and the easterly tip of the concrete island of the one-way portion of Laura Hill Drive South.
(m) The certain parts of the transit center described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as mid-block crosswalks:
(1) Mid-block crosswalks:
(A) Along Laura Hill Drive South between a point 28 feet east of the prolongation of the easternmost curb line of the counterclockwise portion of Laura Hill Drive South and a point 10 feet easterly therefrom.
