The New Jersey Department of Agriculture, in cooperation with two municipalities in Camden County, conducted gypsy moth aerial spraying on May 11, 2011 in certain forested residential areas of New Jersey.

Each area was treated using aircraft with one application of Bacillus thuringiensis var kurstaki (B.t.k.), (undiluted formulation of Foray 76B) at a dosage rate of 38 B.I.U.s or 64 ounces per acre. The Aerial Suppression Contract for the 2011 season was awarded to Downstown Aero Crop Service of Vineland, New Jersey.
