The NJ Casino Control Commission's regulations are codified in Subtitle K of Title 19 of the New Jersey Administrative Code, N.J.A.C. 19:40A to 19:43A, and are organized as follows:

The Commission maintains and provides unofficial copies of the above regulations on this site in accordance with the requirements of P.L. 2011, Chapter 167 (N.J.S.A. 40:56A-4.1).
