COUNTY EMERGENCY DEBRIS MANAGEMENT PLAN - TEMPLATE, GUIDANCE DOCUMENT, AND FACT SHEET

The document is organized into three documents:

Emergency Debris Management Plan template: The Emergency Debris Management Plan template provides a boilerplate for all components that are necessary for forming a comprehensive Emergency Debris Management Plan and contains language to facilitate the development of a plan for your County or jurisdiction.  The Emergency Debris Management Plan template is also designed to provide basic background information regarding FEMA Public Assistance eligibility and processes.  


Guidance Handbook: The Guidance Handbook is a companion document to the template and will provide step by step instructions and tips to assist you in writing your plan. 


Emergency Debris Management Plan Fact Sheet: The Emergency Debris Management Plan Fact Sheet provides some general information regarding debris generating events and why development of a plan is important.
