Block 27, Lot 10 of this site is in Post-NFA monitoring. The Deed Notice was filed on July 9, 1998 and the site is currently in the Department’s Deed Notice Inspection Program. A Deed Notice inspection was conducted on September 28, 1999 and the site was found to be in compliance. Soil contamination consists of base neutrals and metals. The engineering control is a four-foot soil cap.
The Department conducted subsequent Deed Notice Inspections on May 7, 2003 and July 28, 2008. During both inspections, the site was found to be in compliance. A Biennial Certification was submitted on September 21, 2007 and was approved by the Department by letter dated October 25, 2007. The next Biennial Certification is due December 22, 2009.
