The Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board is inviting the public to provide feedback on the Board's draft proposed new rules. A link to the draft proposed new rules may be found on the Board Website at: https://www.nj.gov/lsrpboard/board/rules/

Please note that the Board's request for comments is intended as an opportunity for informal public input pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-5.3(a), and is not rulemaking action conducted in compliance with the New Jersey Administrative Procedure Act (N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq). Comments may be submitted by email to SRPLBoardContact@dep.nj.gov by Close of Business Monday, June 9, 2014.
