The DRBC will hold a Special Business Meeting on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, starting at 3 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted virtually via Zoom Webinar.

Special Business Meeting Agenda

The agenda will consist entirely of resolutions for the minutes for effectuating the Commission's transition from participation in the New Jersey State Health Benefits Program ("SHBP") to participation in a joint health insurance fund ("HIF") authorized by New Jersey Statute 40A:10-36 and implementing regulations at Title 15, Subchapter 3 of the New Jersey Administrative Code, N.J.A.C. 11:15-3.1 et seq. The health insurance program transition is intended to secure the Commission's participation in a more sustainable program for the future.

The agenda will include matters relating solely to the internal management of the Commission, for which no public hearing is required. The special business meeting will not include any opportunity for public comment.
