The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE) publishes science and technical reports, including a Technical Report for the Delaware Estuary and Basin (TREB) every five years.

DRBC provides substantial in-kind contributions of staff time and resources towards these publications.

For PDE's 2022 TREB, DRBC staff authored two chapters: Chapter 3 - Water Quantity and Chapter 4 - Water Quality.
