Purpose: The InnovateNJ Summer Blended & Personalized Learning Grant program is intended to increase the academic achievement of students in Title I served schools by providing the opportunity to develop and implement summer blended and personalized learning programs for students in grades 3-9 that incorporate technology to supplement and/or complement their traditional school year instruction. The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) has established a two-month summer grant program using FY15 Title I carryover funds.
