PROGRAM NOTICE AS OF MARCH 25, 2025
In accordance with N.J.A.C. 10:52B-2.1(a)2, the Department of Human Services is making all submitted Fee and Expenditure Reports available for public review and comment. The 21-day review period for the following counties ended on March 15, 2025: Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Passaic. The 21-day review period for Union ended on March 25, 2025. The 21-day review period for Hudson will begin on March 25, 2025, and end on April 15, 2025. The reports can be download at the following links. Please submit comments via email to Dmahs.hospcountyfee@dhs.nj.gov.
The New Jersey County Option Hospital Fee Program supports local hospitals and ensures that they continue to provide necessary services to low-income residents. Legislation limits eligibility to certain counties and delineates criteria for eligibility. The below information and documents are for the use of eligible counties and the hospitals within their borders.
