The New Jersey Department of Human Services (NJ DHS) is committed to ensuring meaningful access for individuals with limited English proficiency. We provide language assistance services at no cost.

The information in this Language Access Plan reflects the Department’s current assessment, practices, services, staffing, and resources as of December 2025. Human Services is committed to continuing its efforts toward ongoing implementation of language access and will revise this plan in accordance with the law.
