The beach parking lot will be open between the hours of 0900 and 1900 during the period of May 24, 2025 through September 6, 2025.
The NGTC is selling beach parking passes beginning February 3, 2025 ($55.00 parking pass fee plus $1.50 service and postal fee if mailed).
To purchase a beach parking pass remotely, sponsors must fill out an application using the link below. Once the application is submitted, the sponsor will be contacted by a NGTC staff member for payment. A first-time sponsor is not eligible to purchase beach parking passes remotely and must appear in-person during the hours as outlined below to present identification. Orders will not be taken over the phone.
Beach parking passes will be issued/sold in-person between the hours of 9:00 am through 12:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Please call Ms. Victoria Lizaire before driving to the NGTC to confirm Ms. Lizaire is available. Call 732-974-4500, select 1, then 1.
Besides the rules outlined in the 2025 Beach Parking Pass Policy, the Governor's current Executive Orders apply.
Visitors must present valid identification at the Access Control Point in accordance with the 2025 Beach Parking Pass Policy.
The grassy picnic area near the beach is equipped with picnic tables and can be utilized by reservation only.
There are no grills in the East Picnic Area. User must provide their own if needed.
There is no electrical hookup in the East Picnic Area.
Events are not permitted on the beach.
The Letter of Intent must be submitted to Victoria.Lizaire@dmava.nj.gov no less than 60 days in advance of intended use.
The covered pavilion is equipped with picnic tables, a gas grill, and a horseshoe pit, and is frequently reserved by National Guard units for Family Day Picnics and unit morale events. The pavilion can be utilized by reservation only.

There are nine RV campsites located along Stockton Lake with water, electric, and sewage hook ups. A bathhouse is also available for campers to utilize.
Summer season runs May 24, 2025 through September 6, 2025. There will be no access to the beach after September 6, 2025.
Sites will be available for self-sustainable RV's during the off-season periods of September 8, 2024 to May 24, 2025 and September 6, 2025 to May 23, 2026.
Reservation requests for the summer season will begin April 1, 2025. The requests will be taken via application only. No calls or walk-ins will be accepted. Reservation requests may be submitted online using the link below. A NGTC staff member will contact the requestor upon receipt of the application in the order that it was received.

We have three cottages at the Training Center available as week long summer rentals beginning May 24, 2025 to September 6, 2025. Rentals are selected through an application process.
