What is SAGE?
SAGE (System for Administering Grants Electronically) is an online system for submitting grant applications to the Bureau of Multimodal Grants and Programs. Aviation and Rail applications are submitted using SAGE.
How can I find out what types of projects are available for funding?
A list of valid projects is available for Aviation. Information on Rail and Maritime projects is also available.
How can I find out when applications are being accepted for a program?
Currently, the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is in the process of modifying the procedures and implementing the SAGE system. Program Announcement Letters and/or emails will be sent to prospective applicants. As the SAGE system is implemented, notices will also be generated from that system. Application period dates will also be posted on this web site.
How can I get help using the SAGE system?
