The following group of files are current ITS Material Specifications for contracts under the 2007 Standard Specifications.

1. Listed below are the ITS material specifications currently applicable to all projects that are advertised on or after October 1, 2011.
2. If for a specific project, the designer proposes an additional material specification or a modification to the existing material specification they must submit a draft and proposed warrant for approval by ITS Engineering prior to the Final Design Submission.
3. All vendors interested in getting their product pre-approved for use by Contractors can submit an application following the ITS Material Approval Procedure to ITS Engineering. Upon approval ITS Engineering will assign an ITS Material Approval Number and will post the QPL at ITS Qualified Product List (QPL) webpage.
