Isolated Confinement Quarterly Reports

The Isolated Confinement and Restriction Act reports are the result of a legislative mandate instituted by P.L. 2019, c.160, (30:4-82.11) and detail the use of housing statuses as defined under the Isolated Confinement and Restriction Act (ICRA) in New Jersey Department of Corrections facilities during the specified period. Reports are published quarterly and separated by fiscal year as indicated below.
