Survivors Justice Act Petition for Resentencing

The New Jersey Survivor Justice Act provides a process for certain individuals whose offense was connected to their experience as a victim of domestic violence or sexual violence to seek resentencing.

Individuals who believe they may qualify can use the form below to request review for resentencing consideration under the Act. Submission of the form does not guarantee eligibility or resentencing. Each request will be reviewed in accordance with the law and applicable requirements.
