Application Instructions:

The application process for the 2025 CSC Law Enforcement Mentoring Program for Mentees and Mentors, will be as follows:

• Applications for the 2025 CSC Law Enforcement Mentoring Program will be available on December 1, 2024.
• Applications are due by January 31, 2025.
• Applicants will be notified by February 28, 2025.
• After mentee/mentor applications are submitted and approval has been communicated, additional details and forms for participation in the Mentoring Program will be provided.

Mentor Responsibilities:

• Regular attendance at scheduled meetings
• Engagement with mentees; providing direction and giving advice as needed
• Maintaining confidentiality with the mentee as appropriate
• Providing feedback on law enforcement career opportunities
• Completing and submitting program assessment reports as needed

Mentee Responsibilities:

• Regular attendance at scheduled meetings
• Engagement with mentors as appropriate
• Commitment to developing new skills and knowledge
• Complete and submit program reports to Mentoring Program Coordinators as needed
