Let the New Jersey Civil Service Commission help empower your future in public safety with our dedicated mentoring programs. We offer two dedicated tracks: for individuals pursuing entry level law enforcement and entry level fire fighter potions.

Program Highlights

• Minimal Time Commitment, Maximum Impact
• 4-month program October-January (Fire), May-August (Police)
• One evening Zoom session per month
• Large group mentoring sessions delivered collaboratively by active public safety professionals and CSC experts.

How To Take The Next Step

Mentees must be an applicant for a public safety entry-level exam. When completing the application, check the box stating interest in receiving information about the mentoring program.
