The Career Resource Fair is being held at The Conference Center at Mercer. Upon entering the campus from the Old Trenton Road entrance, you will bear left; the conference center will be on your right-hand side, and parking for the conference center is in a lot just past the conference center

Do I need a resume?
Yes. Bringing an updated resume is highly recommended. If you register in advance, your resume will be shared with participating agencies before the Career Resource Fair, giving recruiters an opportunity to review your qualifications ahead of time.
Can I interview onsite?
Yes. Onsite interviews may be available for select job titles and are conducted at the discretion of each participating agency. While interviews are not guaranteed, agencies may invite qualified candidates to interview during the event.
Do I need to register?
Registration is strongly encouraged. Registering in advance allows participating agencies to review your resume before the event and helps ensure a smoother check-in experience.
Can I attend without registering?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome. However, all walk-in attendees will be required to register upon arrival at the event. Registering in advance is recommended so participating agencies can review your resume before the fair and help expedite the check-in process.
Is the event free?
Yes. Admission to the Career Resource Fair is completely free.
Can students attend?
Yes. High school students, college students, recent graduates, and anyone interested in exploring careers in New Jersey State government are encouraged to attend.
What jobs will be available?
The Career Resource Fair will feature a wide variety of opportunities.
With more than 20 State agencies and several municipalities participating, attendees will have the opportunity to explore hundreds of career opportunities across New Jersey State government. Human Resources professionals and hiring managers will be available to discuss careers, explain the application process, answer questions, and, for select positions, conduct onsite interviews at the agency's discretion.
