Scott Allan, a District Parole Supervisor with the State Parole Board, requests a waiver of repayment of a salary overpayment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 11A:3-7, which provides that when an employee has erroneously received a salary overpayment, repayment may be waived based on a review of the case.

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this appeal be denied.

Thomas Hubbard – CSC Docket Nos. 2023-1179 and 2023-1278 – Decided March 6, 2024

Thomas Hubbard, a District Parole Supervisor with the State Parole Board, requests a waiver of repayment of a salary overpayment pursuant to N.J.S.A.11A:3-7, which provides that when an employee has erroneously received a salary overpayment, repayment may be waived based on a review of the case. Hubbard has also appealed the determination of his salary step-placement.

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that these appeals be denied.

Cynthia Tischio, a District Parole Supervisor with the State Parole Board, requests a waiver of repayment of a salary overpayment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 11A:3-7, which provides that when an employee has erroneously received a salary overpayment, repayment may be waived based on a review of the case.
