Emilio Aviles – CSC Docket No. 2024-1932 – Decided July 9, 2024

Emilio Aviles appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that his position with the Department of Law and Public Safety was properly classified as a Technical Assistant 2 (class code 17). The appellant seeks a Management Assistant (class code 19) job classification in this proceeding.

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this appeal be granted.

Corey Baskerville and Kuomar Fitzgerald – CSC Docket No. 2023-615 and 2023-650 – Decided July 10, 2024

Corey Baskerville and Kuomar Fitzgerald, represented by James Prusinowski,Esq., appeal the decisions of the Division of Agency Services, which found that their positions with East Orange were properly classified as Fire Fighter. They seek Fire Captain job classifications in this proceeding.
