Joseph Kuechler, a Conservation Police Officer 3 with the Department of Environmental Protection, requests a waiver of repayment of a salary overpayment pursuant to N.J.S.A. 11A:3-7, which provides that when an employee has erroneously received a salary overpayment, repayment may be waived based on a review of the case. 

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this request be denied.

Paul Toppin – CSC Docket No. 2024-1784 – Decided January 3, 2025

COVID Testing Requirements – CSC Docket No. 2025-1115 – Decided January 17, 2025

Certain Department of Corrections employees, represented by Sean Thom, Staff Representative, appeal the denial of their grievances regarding the Department of Corrections COVID testing requirements.

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this appeal be denied.

Jessa Buenzle – CSC Docket No. 2025-899 – Decided January 21, 2025

Jessa Buenzle appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that the proper classification of her position with the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office is Senior Execution Clerk. The appellant seeks an Executive Assistant classification.
