Lisa Carpenter – CSC Docket No. 2024-2331 – Decided February 24, 2025

Lisa Carpenter appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that the proper classification of her position with the Department of Law and Public Safety is Principal Fiscal Analyst.  The appellant seeks an Administrative Analyst 3 classification.

Department of Children and Families, Department of Education, and Office of the Secretary of Higher Education – CSC Docket No. 2025-1695 – Decided February 28, 2025

The Division of Human Resource Information Services requests that specified titles within the Department of Children and Families, Department of Education and the Office of the Secretary of Higher Education be placed in the noncompetitive division of the career service on an interim basis.

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this request be granted.
