Jeffrey Jones appeals the determination of the Division of Agency Services that the proper classification of his position with the Motor Vehicle Commission is Occupational Health Consultant 2.  The appellant seeks an Occupational Health Consultant 1 classification.   

 

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this appeal be denied.

 

Katherine Biedka, et al. – CSC Docket Nos. 2025-2513, et al. – Decided October 30, 2025

The Department of Human Services, on behalf of Katherine Biedka, Evelyn Montoya-Madrid, JoAnn Stabile, and Kiona Cook, Agency Services Representatives 1, requests waivers of repayment of salary overpayments pursuant to N.J.S.A. 11A:3-7, which provides that when an employee has erroneously received a salary overpayment, repayment may be waived based on a review of the case. 

 

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that these requests be granted.

 

Reallocation of Local Titles from the Competitive to the Noncompetitive Division – CSC Docket No. 2026-1098 – Decided October 31, 2025

The Division of Agency Services recommends reallocation of various local government titles to the noncompetitive division of the career service in accordance with N.J.S.A. 4A:3-1.2. 

 

ACTION:     The Chair/Chief Executive Officer directed that this request be granted.
