Kean University and New Jersey city University Merger – CSC Docket No. 2026-2686 – Decided June 15, 2026

The Division of Agency Services requests rule relaxations in order to facilitate employee movements from New Jersey City University to Kean University in furtherance of the Kean University and New Jersey City University Merger Act.

Kelly Burns appeals the determination of Stockton University that the proper classification of her position with the University is Professional Services Specialist 4 Administrative Services.  The appellant seeks a Professional Services Specialist 3 Administrative Services classification.
