Course Description
Understanding the New Jersey Performance Assesment Review (PAR) Program, is an online course consisting of three modules that explore the PAR elements designed to plan and evaluate job performance. Supervisors will learn guidelines to develop and implement each PAR element; employees will gain an understanding of how job performance is planned and evaluated, and both will understand the rationale of each element and recognize the significance of the New Jersey PAR program.
Learning Objectives
In this course you will learn:
• Module One - This module will explain how Title 4A governs the PAR process and provides a brief overview of it.
• Module Two - This module will guide you through the Performance Planning process.
• Module Three - This module explores the specific elements of Performance Evaluation.
Training Registration
Learning Management System (LMS) Users: Log into the LMS via the MyNewJersey portal and click eLearning. Click on the Browse icon, and navigate to “Government & Compliance.” Select the desired training and click “Launch.”
